Chippenham Workshop 25th Feb '17

Hi folks, here are the first pics from my Chippenham Workshop on 25th Feb. 

The ladies produced some gorgeous work and there will be lots more pics to follow over the next day or two. 

We missed a few of our regulars, as I had to bring the March Workshop forward a week, due to a family holiday. 

Next workshop is April 1st, but it's almost full, so if you want to attend please let me know asap xx

Saturday is Bee Crafty day ......

Hi everyone, I'm back with my weekend post for Bee Crafty.....

This week I've used the butterfly again, from Winged Things - set 1 .....find it HERE

I love this little butterfly..... I stamped the image 8 times on scraps of 'Brusho'd ' cardstock, then fussy cut them out and adhered to a panel of white 'hemp' and black smooth card, from

PAPERMILLDIRECT

Some I laid flat, others I lifted the wings with silicone glue.

Weekend Inspiration for Bee Crafty

Hey bloggy friends, welcome to my weekend post.....

The weather has been quite warm this past few days in Wiltshire, so thought I'd do a 'Spring-like' card for my BEE CRAFTY inspiration this week using a Bee Crafty butterfly stamp from the WINGED THINGS set (HERE)

The inks are Adirondacks,  and the fabulous cardstock is 'Hemp' from

PAPERMILLDIRECT (of course)

I used a sentiment from the WORDAGE group (HERE) and I must admit if I'm working in the garden, I can't help but smile if a butterfly goes past....they are so fragile & pretty. (I might not be so keen on them if I grew cabbages ;-) )

Anyway, here is a close-up of my card......

I did a lot of masking for this technique.....I hate it when stamps just cross over on top of each other, unless I'm making a 'masterboard'.

A few coloured 'jewels' finished off my little butterflies.

I matched the mat and layering with the colours of ink.......Papermilldirect have so many colours, it's easy to match up the cardstock!

New Stamps from Inkylicious

Hi everyone, just popping by with a quick card made with a couple of new stamps from INKYLICIOUS and my trusty BRUSHO'S

I used WOODWARE watercolour card, and it was more than capable of holding all the water & paint.

Weekend DT Inspiration for Bee Crafty

Hi everyone......Just a quickie to show my regular 'weekend inspiration' DT samples for BEE CRAFTY

I made one card, but then wasn't sure if I liked the colours, so did another one slightly different.

 Still loving my BEAUtanicals and hoping there are some more 'in the pipeline' from Bee Crafty
