Workshop Samples and Papermill Offer

Hi again....I'm back with a couple of samples made for this mornings workshop in our local Craft Shop. Thought we'd revisit Brusho's today with some heat-embossing thrown in, as some of the girls hadn't done it before.

All cardstock is from

This was an IndigoBlu stamp with
Brusho backgound.
The words were computer generated.

This little bookmark was made with a
leaf stamp from
and a sentiment from
Inkylicious.

Hope you like them, I'll be back tomorrow with another couple. In the meantime, why not checkout this week's Special Offer from Papermilldirect?

A new 'Special Offer' from Papermilldirect........

Evening everyone.....hope you haven't all floated away today.  We've had torrential rain most of the day, so it was a perfect time for crafting.....and packing in between. Still haven't got a definite date for moving, but we're getting on with packing up.
Anyway, today sees the start of a new special offer from
and the theme for the DT was 'BOOKMARKS'
These are the bookmarks made for this offer....

All cardstock used is white linen and black smooth, from Papermilldirect, of course.
This bookmark is coloured with Adirondack inks

The stamp I've used on both bookmarks is from Penny Black.
I wanted to show the different effect on plain white background and coloured.

This bookmark was simply inked and stamped with a flourish stamp from La Blanche (I think)
I quite like the effect.

Don't forget to pop over to the Papermilldirect Special Offer page  HERE
and checkout all the offers.
A4 Small Box of Black Card 230gsm
This 230gsm Black card is ideal for all your Halloween crafts and at £3.50 for a small box, it's not a scary price!!

Another play with paints.....

Hi everyone, just another quick post to show a new piece made with Dylusion paints and stamps.....I'm really liking experimenting with the paint, and sometimes it's nice just to do something that isn't on a time-limit.
The cardstock was from PAPERMILLDIRECT
Hope you like it, have a good weekend,

Playing with paint......

Evening everyone, just a quick blog before I have to go into the kitchen and start dinner (love eating, hate cooking)
Ooooooo, just realised this is my 350th post......
Last week I bought some Dylusion paints, and over the weekend I had a little play with them....NOW I'M HOOKED!
This is the first card I've made, and got to say, I'm quite pleased with it.....love the vibrancy!

Cardstock from
(of course)
White smooth, mounted onto black.
The paints are Dylusions and the large poppy stamp is from
Indigloblu.
(quickly turning into one of my favourites, thanks Zoe)
Hope you like it.
That's all for tonight, I have another Dylusions creation to show you tomorrow.
I'm leaving you with a couple of pics of our darling little Eva. I can't wait until we move and my craft room is up and ready....I think she will adore being in there getting messy.

She's only 2, bless her, but so much concentration
And not happy using one hand, she thought she'd use both ;-) an artist in the making.
Catch you soon, Barbara

I used a Tim Holtz stencil on this one.

Same stencil on here, with

Stampscape stamps on this clock

Distress inks on this one, with a gorgeous poppy stamp from IndigloBlu.
