These are the finished cards, BOTH made with cardstock from Papermilldirect, of course :-)
Both these cards were samples for my recent Chippenham Workshop, and so easy to do!
What do you think??

Brusho's Again for Bee Crafty

Hi bloggers, I'm back again with a little trio of notelets I've made this week as my DT work for
I've used a very easy technique using a stamping block and Brusho's.
I started by spritzing a perspex block with water, and adding a couple of colours of Brusho's, then quickly flipping the block and placing down on my cardstock. Sometimes it gets a bit messy and you have paint swooshing all over the card, but you never get 2 the same, which is nice.
Once this was dry, I overstamped with images and sentiments from the BEAUtanicals range,
I used teasels and ground elder.
I added a bit of Glossy Accents to the heads, and a few sequins to finish.
Hope you like them.
Back soon with more Saturday inspiration,
Have a great weekend,

Morning crafters, Saturday already....where is this month going?? It will soon be Christmas!! ;-)
Anyway, this week for my BEE CRAFTY DT inspiration I've made a card which would be suitable for Valentine's day, a wedding, wedding anniversary....in fact lots of occasions, as it uses quite a generic sentiment.
The background is done with Brushos, then I heat-embossed 2 of the edges with 'Backdrops Frames' and Ranger embossing powder in Magenta.
I stamped the complete backdrop frame in the middle with Versamark and heat-embossed in black.
The sentiment was stamped onto a separate piece of card and adhered to the centre of the frame.
All products are available from BEE CRAFTY
I've used a new textured cardstock, called Hemp from PAPERMILLDIRECT
Then made two 'mats' of black smooth & raspberry pink, also from Papermilldirect.
Well, that's it for today, hope you like my card. It would be great if you could take a minute to leave a comment....good or bad, no problem.
Back soon with some new Lavinia Stamps creations
See ya next week,
Barbara xx

Bee Crafty Saturday Inspiration.....

Hi Bloggers, back again with a few projects I made for last weeks BEE CRAFTY show on Hochanda.....did you get a chance to watch? If not, you can find it on 'catch-up'.
The background on this card was made with crumpled copier paper, then inked with distress inks.
I've used the XL Banksy stamps & sentiments which were on the show, for all the cards and MDF tags.

There are 4 new word stencils available too....they make great backgrounds!
Why not pop over to BEE CRAFTY and checkout all the new additions.
Catch you all next week,
Barbara.
