Lavinia Stamps - March Challenge......

Morning all, from a very sunny, but windy Wiltshire. It looks very bracing out there today, but think I'll stay in and craft......so much more fun! We have a new grandchild due this week, so thought I'd better catch up on blogging etc, and maybe ever 'get ahead of myself', haha.....like that's ever going to happen!
Anyway, as always, on the 2nd day of each month, our new LAVINIA STAMPS challenge has started......the prize is a fabulous £40 to spend on Lavinia products. All you have to do is use Lavinia stamps on your creation, and upload it to either the challenge blog, or by email. Simples.
This month the theme is 'ADD SOME GEMS'

All card stock used is from
Mainly white smooth and white linen, mounted onto black smooth card.

All backgrounds were made using Tim Holtz Distress Stain and cling-film. (such an effective technique)

I only used 2 stamps on each card, plus a sentiment, as wanted to keep the backgrounds 'unfussy' (is that even a word?)

Stamps used were:-
Zen Thistle - here
Butterflies - here
Wishing Tree - here
Dandelions - here
and
Sentiment - here

Well, hope you've enjoyed looking at my DT creations......why not checkout the rest of the DT blogs for masses more inspiration.
