Evening everyone, I haven't had time to craft today as I went shopping with my lovely son Adam........he wasn't to keen on dragging around Bristol's craft shops though, so I actually came home empty-handed, hey-ho.
This sympathy card, made a couple of weeks ago, was for the family of my last remaining aunt, my late mams sister,....she sadly died 3 weeks ago just a few days before her 101st birthday.
Sympathy cards are quite difficult, but I thought this style and colour was suitable. What do you think? R.I.P. Auntie Alice x
Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. Muted tones but the flowers lift if from being too somber.
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry for your loss Hun, sending a big hug. Your card is beautiful... Xxxx

ReplyDeleteI have to say it is a long time since I saw my aunt, not for the want of trying,(family troubles and all that).......but she was a remarkable lady and I have many, many happy memories of growing-up with her a big part of my life. Every Christmas when I take the decs out of the box I look at one particular cerise pink, glass bauble which she bought me when I was 9........49 years ago! x thanks for all your comments x
